We are two everyday insurance agents who have been in the industry for three years trying to navigate the best way to be successful. We each had a rocky start as we figured out how to sell various products over zoom, in person and via tele sales. While each type of sale had its own challenges, we found that there was a common similarity; clients will fall off the books. We realized that if we were going to spend money and effort to acquire a client, we should definitely make an effort to keep our business from having chargebacks. In the beginning just like most agents we were at around an 80% retention rate. We found that every mastermind conference, company call or team huddles, in some way talked about the same thing, which was, how to retain more clients. Everyone seemed to have one small nugget of gold; whether it was cards, texts or a spreadsheet for our client follow up etc. Combining everything we learned, this knowledge became our protocol for client follow up. We we increased our personal retention to 90-95%.

Developed a secure and scalable Admin Panel for a custom website using Python Django for the backend and Java (Android) for the mobile interface. The Django-based web panel enables administrators to manage content, user data, and system configurations efficiently, while the Android app provides remote access to key administrative functions, ensuring seamless management across devices.
